Oreo Cookies by Veggie Girl veggiegirl@livingrawesome.com Cookie 2 cups raw cocoa powder 2 oat groats, flour 3/4 t sea salt 1 cup agave 3 T coconut oil 3/4 t vanilla extract Cream filling 1 1/2 cup cashews, soaked 1/2 cup coconut meat 1 1/2 t salt 1/4 cup agave 1/3 cup coconut oil Cookie directions: Mix together dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix well with hands. Line 9 x 13 inch pan with parchment paper. Press into pan in an even layer and dehydrate overnight. Flip onto a cutting board, cut into circles with a ring mold or cookie cutter, and place on dehydrator screens and dehydrate another 4-6 hours. Cream filling: Blend all ingredients until smooth in a Vita-Mix. Decorate cookies. If you want to make sandwiches, you can pour into a plastic-lined sheet pan; refrigerate overnight or freeze 1-2 hours prior to serving. Put the mixture between cookies
